Glastonbury Line Up is Almost Ready According to Emily Eavis

Emily Eavis, organizer of Glastonbury festival 2010 has said that the lineup is almost ready. The festival was first started on 1970. It is celebrating the 40th anniversary this year.

While talking to BBC Emily Eavis said “We’re pretty much sewn up now. We’re still confirming the Sunday night headliner. Apart from that we’ve pretty much finalized the Pyramid Stage, which is good. There are rumors about everyone I think. I think this is the first year that people genuinely don’t know who is going to be playing, which is a good thing. We’ve got amazing highlights from the full 40 years and also some people who haven’t played before, one headliner in particular.”

The festival will be held on Michael Eavis’ dairy farm, Somerset between 25th & 27th of June.
