“T in the Park” Tickets Sold Out like Hot Cakes

Tickets for “T in the Park” music festival which is scheduled between 9-11 July this year were sold out within 90 minutes when it went on sale today. The festival is featuring artists like Jay-Z and Eminem, Muse and Kasabian etc.

The festival’s official spokesman said, “The bulk of tickets were gone within an hour, leaving day tickets and travel packages but these were subsequently snapped up.”

Fans got their tickets by forming long queue outside the ticket offices reported BBC. The ticket sales is also doing exceptionally well on the secondary market like ebay, being sold at almost double the face value.
Geoff Ellis, director of the festival revealed, “It’s great to know 85,000 music lovers think we’ve made the right choices and can’t wait for 9 July, and we can’t wait to put the best T in the Park yet on for them.”
